Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee transportation, distribution, and supply chain operations throughout the Southeast Region. This leadership role is responsible for optimizing logistics performance, managing carrier relationships, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage day-to-day logistics and transportation operations across the Southeast.
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, vendors, and customers.
• Monitor and improve delivery performance, cost efficiency, and service levels.
• Lead and support logistics personnel and regional operations teams.
• Analyze transportation data and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate capacity planning and strategic logistics initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of freight operations, routing, and transportation regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office.
